ABOUT US
AMP Studios Canada Inc. known as AMP Studios, is a company based in Ontario, Canada, founded in 2019. Its primary focus is on offering education and training programs for aspiring artists in the performing arts, with students hailing from both Canada and the United States. In addition to AMP Studios’ artist training initiatives, they actively engaged in supporting international projects and production companies in North America. Notably, AMP Studios has formed partnerships with ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, particularty through their Star Magic Workshops from year 2020 till 2023. AMP is dedicated to fostering collaborations with both local and international production companies, as well as with other Canadian performing arts organizations within the country.
In 2020, AMP Studios Canada partnered up with Star Magic Workshops under the umbrella of ABS-CBN Corporation in the Philippines. AMP brought the world class artist training company from the Philippines and made the performing arts workshops accessible to Canadians, Filipino-Canadians, and Filipino-Americans, from an online workshop to an in- person learning.

FairyTales Entertainment
FairyTale Films Entertainment Inc. is a film and television production company founded in 2023. As a sister company to AMP Studios Canada Inc., the company’s primary objective Is to produce high-quality films from various genres, for locally and international markets. FairyTale Films produced its first Full-length feature film titled “Parol sa aking Burol” or “Lantern In my Funeral” starring Boots Anson-Roa and Carmi Martin; a family comedy-drama surreal shot entirely in different provinces of the Philippines last August until October of 2023. The second film project, is currently in the pre-production phase and is scheduled to be filmed in Canada and in the Philippines from January until March 2026. The international film is titled “The Diary of Mrs.
Winters”, a suspense horror-drama will be starring Judy-Ann Santos and Sam Milby, and will feature cast from AMP Studios.
Fairytale Films Enterteinment is committed to expanding its reach by producing quality movies and TV series for local and international film festivals, with the aim of broadening distribution across various international platforms. Furthermore, the company also plays a role in providing opportunities for homegrown talents nurtured by AMP Studios, by offering them the chance to participate and be casted in both local and international film projects. This collaborative approach solidifies the synergy between AMP Studios and FalryTales Entertainment.
The companies supports local and international Filipino-Canadian communities, by way of sponsorship and collaborations with non-profit multicultural organizations in Canada, ranging from Pageantries, to Fashion Designers showcases, Performing arts concerts, and Film productions.

The Ivana Chubbuck Technique
World’s Premier Acting Coach
Ivana Chubbuck is the founder and director of the Ivana Chubbuck Studio and creator of the cutting edge and widely adopted Chubbuck Technique, which has been used in Oscar winning and nominated performances. In her own words, “The difference between the Chubbuck Technique and those developed in the past is that I teach actors how to use their emotions not as an end result, but as a way to empower a goal. My technique teaches actors how to win.” vana’s students are well represented at the Academy Awards, Emmys, Tonys, Critics’ Choice, and many other international movie, television, and theater awards.

Rahyan Carlos
Film/TV Writer and Director/ Acting Coach
Direk Rahyan Carlos is the only accredited Chubbuck Technique acting teacher in the Philippines. He trained some of the most sought-after and award-winning actors such as Joshua Garcia, Coco Martin, Christian Bables, Paulo Avelino, Arjo Atayde, Julia Barreto, Janella Salvador. He brought the star magic workshop in North America in partnership with AMP Studios Canada.
